More Shakeology Recipes

I have three new Shakeology recipes for you using Vanilla and Chocolate Shakeology:


 

Banana Nut Pudding Shakeology:

  • 1 cup Almond milk (or skim milk – if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop or 1 packet Vanilla Shakeology
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Quick Oats (uncooked)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar free-fat free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 to 2 cups crushed ice

Place all ingredients (except ice) in blender and blend well.  Then add ice (as you prefer).  This shake is so yummy and high in potassium as well!


 

Samoa Shakeology:

  • 1/4 cup Almond milk (or skim milk – if you prefer)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop or 1 packet Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 graham cracker (or 1 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Marshmallow Fluff (or 1 or 2 large marshmallows)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar free-fat free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 to 2 crushed ice

Place all ingredients (except ice) in blender and blend well.  Then add ice (as you prefer).  You can add a few extra graham cracker crumbs on top if you want a little garnish. 


 

Hazelnut Coffee Shakeology:

  • 1 cup of Hazelnut Coffee (I make a cup in my Keurig)
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop or 1 packet Vanilla Shakeology
  • 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar free-fat free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup crushed ice (optional)

Mix all ingredients (except ice) in blender and blend well.  Then add ice, if you wish.  This is so good – just like Starbucks but MUCH cheaper and healthier!
